Marketing Officer Position Available

Campbell-Lange Workshop are looking for an individual with strong marketing skills to join our team and help propel the business to greater success. This is an exciting new position with a wide scope of responsibility in a growing business bursting with energy and ideas. We are looking for someone to help harness these ideas and steer them to profitable realisation.

An initial challenge of the job will be to develop two key strategies for the two prongs of CLW's expertise: software development and the provision of IT support services. We currently have exciting projects in each area ready to release to market, which we believe will grow the business significantly.

Specifically, we are looking to enter two new markets, one focussed on Anaesthetics departments in the NHS and the other targeting IT Departments in the general SME sector in Central London. Our entry to market are based on innovative IT products developed in-house or with partners.

The successful candidate will work closely with the company's management team to rapidly develop an implement a marketing strategy to support the business' growth. The job will include coordinating the development and release of marketing materials, actively engaging with partners and potential clients and seeking new and consolidating existing relationships. Weekly reports to the management team will be made.

Candidates do not necessarily require a background in IT, but a general familiarity and confidence when discussing technical issues is vital. Full briefing of technical information and relevant training will be provided as necessary. Some experience in market research, brand development and bringing products to market is desired. Enthusiasm, strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to generate innovative and exciting solutions are key attributes for the position.

The position is permanent, based at our office in the heart of the West End. A full-time position is available, but we can discuss part-time options too.
