IT Management and Strategy Consultancy

Our management team is committed to providing high quality information to our clients about ongoing IT-related matters. During the process of working intimately with our clients, we also become aware of areas which could be improved, be they IT or related to Operations in general. Our IT Strategy Consultancy services help guide the direction of our client's IT investment.

As part of our service we set up IT Strategy Teams at each of our clients to help assess, improve and monitor IT capacity.

Servers and Services

We provide hardware, installation and support of servers, specialising in specifying servers required for performance and longevity. We are highly familiar with providing email, fileserving and printing facilities for offices of up to 200 staff.

We can provide solutions for rapid rollover of servers, such as email servers, in case of failure of a machine, to ensure continuity of services. We work 24/7, when necessary, to ensure continuity of services whenever possible.

Desktop Support

We provide a highly professional Desktop Support capability. Our service is underpinned by regular visits to each client's site, frequent phone calls from our management team, and a unique software system that ensures that each issue is recorded and monitored.

Infrastructure

We provide and maintain routers and firewalls, and we are conversant with managed switches, VLANs and similar technologies for segmenting and protecting networks.

The Campbell-Lange Workshop provides single-board routers and firewalls for companies requiring high-quality traffic shaping and VPN services.
