We provide VoIP Installation and Management services using a proven software platform and our experience installing and administering VoIP telephony at our client Weston Williamson.

Managed Storage, Disaster Recovery and Offsite Backup

We provide managed server storage of between 3 and 10 Terrabytes, with larger capacities possible. By providing on-site and off-site stores which are synchronised daily, our storage service provides a highly effective way of providing disaster recovery.

Our unique solution consists of a storage chassis with SATAII (Raid Edition) disks running RAID5 with a hot spare, connected to a host. If the storage chassis, server host or disks malfunction we undertake to replace the defective unit within one working day.

The performance and health of the system is regularly monitored and close contact is maintained with clients.

Our managed storage service is provided on a managed service basis at highly competitive rates.

Infrastructure Monitoring

As we monitor large numbers of servers providing critical services, we are familiar with the requirements of monitoring reliability. Our systems are centralised across redundant servers in London's Docklands' RedBus data centre.

We offer our clients robust, personalised monitoring services, with optional email and sms alerts.

Single-board Routers and Firewalls

We provide highly robust single-board computers for routing and firewalling, based on FreeBSD for maximum security.
