VoIP (Voice over IP)
Campbell-Lange Workshop provide highly configurable VoIP telephony systems for installations of up to 300 handsets.
VoIP technology allows telephone calls to be made over the data network. This can provide significant cost benefits in installation, maintenance and call charges.
A VoIP system is highly configurable, and can be modified to include locations outside the main office. It is also ideal for practices with satellite or site offices. Lines can be installed and moved with no fuss: all that is required is a good internet connection.
CLW can configure your VoIP system to suit your requirements as regards group pickups, answerphone messages, call forwarding and even voicemessage. All of these will operate on your email account.
Campbell-Lange Workshop developed a customised VoIP installation for Weston Williamson Architects, which went live on 1 October 2007. This system, which was designed to serve their complement of nearly 70 staff, housed on 3 floors, was found to be far more cost-efficient than the alternative, which involved extending their previous standard telephone system. It has proved an excellent service.
